Pertinace Barolo D.O.C.G.

Description

A wine of great depth with flavors of dried dark fruit and herbs. Well- balanced and structured, this wine is smooth and complex with a long, lingering finish. This Barolo pairs beautifully with roasted and braised meats as well as aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino. The wine is aged for two years in traditional, medium-sized Slovenian oak casks and one year in the bottle.
