Slightly reserved on attack with delicate fruitiness, gentle peach stone, citrus, Passion fruit, herbs and physalis. Outstanding with duck, goose and turkey, as well as rich seafood such as lobster and monkfish. Also delicious with blue cheeses. Very mineral and wonderful pure on palate, with long lingering flavors and soft acidity. Well balanced and integrated.
